Returns
I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, as a small business focused on self-publishing, I must establish specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.
1. Physical Books (Hardcover & Softcover)
- Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is damaged during shipping or contains a manufacturing defect.
- Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for reasons related to buyer’s remorse or preferences. Personalized or signed copies are also non-returnable.
- Return Process:
- Contact us at jalexgiguerecontact@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damaged/defective item, and a brief description of the issue.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
- Return shipping costs will be covered by me in cases where the return is due to a defect or damage.
2. Digital Products (eBooks and Audiobooks)
- Digital products are non-refundable once they have been delivered. Please ensure compatibility with your device before purchase.
3. Add-Ons and Merchandise
- Items such as bookmarks, maps, and illustrations follow the same return guidelines as physical books.
- Custom or limited-edition merchandise is non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges may be approved for damaged or defective items only. Please follow the return process outlined above to initiate an exchange.
